The Centre for Inclusive Research on Community and Disability (CIRCLE) at UPSI is Malaysia’s first national Centre of Excellence dedicated to inclusive development and disability area across lifespans. CIRCLE leads research, training, and policy advisory efforts to enhance the lives of persons with disabilities through evidence-based and inclusive approaches.
